Work Based Learning programmes

Work Based Learning programmes are designed for 16 to 18 year olds who want to become an apprentice or gain employment. 

We will help you to develop your CV, as well as build on your motivation, confidence and ability to demonstrate your potential to an employer.  

You will develop your employability skills through a work placement, which in some circumstances have live vacancies.  

The most important element to all our Work Based Learning programmes is you. You will be offered personalised support to help you develop the skills needed to move into employment, including developing your maths and English skills.
